By using AnchorHost or engaging AnchorHost for services, you agree to the following terms.
Services
AnchorHost provides managed infrastructure and hosting support services for SaaS applications.
Services are offered on a best-effort basis and are tailored to each customer’s application and requirements.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- The application code you provide
- Legal compliance of your application
- Data stored or processed by your application
- Maintaining backups beyond what is explicitly agreed upon
AnchorHost does not review, audit, or validate application logic.
Availability & Support
AnchorHost aims to provide reliable, stable infrastructure. However:
- No system is guaranteed to be error-free or interruption-free
- Scheduled maintenance may occur
- Emergency support is provided according to the agreed service level
Payments
Services are billed on a recurring basis via Stripe.
Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.
Acceptable Use
You may not use AnchorHost services for:
- Illegal activities
- Abuse, malware, or exploitation
- Activities that threaten platform stability or reputation
AnchorHost reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at its discretion.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- AnchorHost is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding billing period
Termination
Either party may terminate service with notice.
Upon termination, infrastructure may be decommissioned after a reasonable data retrieval window.
Changes
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
