Get Started with Haven
Getting started with AnchorHost and Haven is simple and deliberate.
This page explains what will happen once you submit your intake form.
Step 0: The Intake Form
The intake form asks about:
- Your product
- Your current environment
- Requirements and constraints
- Your tolerance for downtime
It takes a few minutes to complete. Everything is stored securely and only used for onboarding.
Step 1: Review
Once we receive your submission, we review it carefully.
We are looking for:
- Reasonable architecture
- Clear ownership of your application
- A deployment model we can support
We will respond within 24–48 hours.
Step 2: Acceptance or Guidance
If we can operate your infrastructure safely, we’ll confirm next steps.
If not, we’ll explain why and, when possible, suggest a better approach.
Step 3: Environment Build
Accepted products move into the build phase:
- Your Haven environment is provisioned
- Backups and monitoring are configured
- Documentation of the environment is created
Step 4: Migration (If Applicable)
If you are moving an existing product:
- Initial sync of data
- Read-only or maintenance mode
- Final sync and cutover
- Verification of functionality
We minimize downtime and communicate every step.
Step 5: Live & Monitored
Once live:
- We handle infrastructure maintenance
- We perform regular backups
- We monitor availability
- We respond calmly to incidents
You retain full control of your product and roadmap.
What Happens Next
After submitting the form:
- Expect a response within 1–2 business days
- We will clarify next steps
- We may request additional information if necessary
